 Tenderloin Tips: Served in a savory onion & mushroom sauce served over noodles (no potato)

 Pork Chops: Extra thick, broiled, french fried or barbequed

Ground Sirloin Steak:  One pound, with onion rings

Pepper Steak Tenderloin: Sauteed with green pepper, onions & tomato served with a light

mushroom sauce

Chicken Liver Sauteed with mushroom & onion in a delicious wine sauce topped with bacon bit

served on toast points

Barbequed Smoked Spare Ribs: Whole or half rack of ribs in our special house sauce
